Tell us on or before the 14th of a month and you leave on the 1st of the following month. From the 15th onwards, your departure moves to the 1st of the month after that.
All rates are per month. Water and wifi included; gas and electricity billed separately (South House: electricity only). Minimum stay 30 nights.
